⁴⁴ For Jesus himself testified that a prophet has no honor in his own homeland. ⁴⁵ So when he came to Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him, because they^[a] had seen all the things he had done in Jerusalem at the feast (for they themselves had also come to the feast).

A Royal Official’s Son Is Healed

⁴⁶ Now he came again to Cana in Galilee, where he had made the water wine. And there was at Capernaum a certain royal official whose son was sick.
